Jeff Davis, MBA joined CHCCMO in January 2015 as Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to accepting the position of CEO at CHCCMO, Jeff served as Director of Clinics at Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Springfield, Missouri. Jeff also served in multiple capacities throughout his time at Jordan Valley.
In 2007 he received his B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University, Springfield MO. In 2008 Jeff graduated from Missouri State University, Springfield MO earning a Master of Business Administration.
As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the overall operations of The Community Health Center of Central Missouri with locations in Jefferson City, Fulton, Linn and California.
Crystal Sullivan MHA, D.O., Chief Clinical Officer
Crystal Sullivan, D.O. is a board certified family physician who has served as our Chief Clinical Officer since March, 2013 and been a physician at CHCCMO since 2010. She graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007 with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition holding a Master of Health Administration from University of Missouri-Columbia, she received in 2003.
Prior to joining CHCCMO DR. Sullivan was the Chief Resident at Capital Region Medical Center, Family Medicine Residency, 2009-2010.
Toby Barnett, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Barnett currently serves as CHCCMO’s CFO. Toby has a background in medicine, working for Mid America Laboratory as a phlebotomist until graduating in May 1999 from Southwest Missouri State University with a BS in Accounting. Shortly after graduating, Toby worked for Reynolds and Company CPAs in Rogersville, Missouri. Duties included General Accounting, Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Closing, Payroll Reconciliation, and Tax preparation.
Toby left Reynolds and Company in April 2002 and worked for Edge Medical as a mobile phlebotomist for the 9 months from April 2002 to January 2003. In February 2003, Toby accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Rural Alliance for Better Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center. Duties included financial management, grants management, preparation of financial statement, IT management, and internal auditing.
In March, 2008 Toby resigned his position at Rural Alliance for Better Family Health upon accepting his current position of Chief Financial Officer at the Community Health Center of Central Missouri in Jefferson City, MO.
Other activities include serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Heart of the Ozarks United Way. And for approximately the last 5 years, Toby has served on the finance committee for the Missouri Primary Care Association and the Oral Health Network of Missouri.
Darla Bates, SHRM-CP, PHR, Human Resources Manager
Darla Bates joined CHCCMO in October 2015. Darla is a lifelong resident of Central Missouri. As Human Resources Manager, she is responsible for administering, formulating, and recommending a variety of human resources policies and practices.
Prior to joining CHCCMO, Darla was Human Resources Specialist at New Horizons Community Support Services, Inc. She also has experience in the manufacturing and public utilities, where she has held multiple positions.
Misty Williams, DDS, Dental Director
Dr. Williams joined CHCCMO as a dental provider in July 2014 after graduating from UMKC School of Dentistry in May of 2014. She took on the role of Dental Director in April 2015. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Williams oversees the day-to-day operations of the dental clinics at our 4 locations – Jefferson City, Fulton, Linn and California, as well as our portable dental program that visits schools and nursing homes in the four county area.
Kyra Clevenger, Director of Compliance and Business Analytics
Mrs. Clevenger joined CHCCMO in August 2011. Her educational background includes a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Sciences as well as a Master Degree in Teaching. She took on the role of Site Coordinator in 2013 and maintained that position until becoming the Compliance Coordinator in 2014. She earned the title of Director of Compliance and Business Analytics in May 2015. As Director of Compliance and Business Analytics, Kyra oversees the Compliance Program, Data Analysis, Health Information Systems, and several other avenues of CHCCMO operations.
