After hours care is available any time after 5:00pm and until 8:00am each morning. Patients should call 573-632-2777 and you will be connected with an answering service that will direct you to the Provider on call.

We have same day and walk-in appointments available when you are not feeling well. We want to be able to see you when you are sick.

Community Health Center of Central Missouri was established in 2005 to serve the primary healthcare needs of Central Missouri residents.
